FRUIT ENZYME PEEL

NOTE: Photo above is from Skinbeautanicals. I did not have the chance to take a decent picture when I received my order. It's actually only half of the bottle as I intend to use it only on my arms.

The Multi-Fruit enzyme peel was my second purchase from ms. Xane, owner of Skinbeautanicals. The half bottle costs P1,500.00. I only used 1/3 of it on my arms.

With the good feedbacks I've read and the fact that It's organic made me try it. Also, the ONE day peeling caught my interest. So, how did it go?

March 3, 2015 (night time)

I washed my arms with Snail soap 2 times. I applied the fruit peel on my arms as per instruction. Six applications with 2 minutes interval. I let it stay overnight.

March 4, 2015 (morning)

Since I have work, I had to take a bath but did not wash my arms with soap.

March 4, 2015 (evening)

My arms felt itchy and tiny red spots came out. I panicked and vibered ms. Xane. She told me to put ice on the affected areas.

March 5, 2015

Right upper part of my arm started to peel. Still, the itchiness and red patches were there. I continued putting cold compress and mild lotion after. I used vegan body butter the following days and it really helped lessen the itching.

March 6, 2015

Both arms peeled. I followed the same routine. I had to take antihistamine also.

March 7, 2015

I experienced scaling on both my upper arms. Ms. Xane told me that it's sort of 2nd peeling since my skin is very sensitive. This was the time my skin got really dark. I really panicked but I was assured that it will peel off eventually.

March 14, 2015

I decided to apply Miracle oil since It was effective controlling my "temple pimples" and lightening dark spots on my face.

From March 15, 2015 onwards, I used some of the soaps ms. Xane sent. I think I only used the miracle oil for less than a week.

And just today, I noticed that my skin lightened with much lesser chicken skin. The before photo was taken during the time of its 2nd peeling. See the dramatic change? I didn't even notice it until today.

I really suggest to do a patch test first before using any products especially peeling oils or creams, and make sure to strictly follow the instructions to avoid bad reactions.

SUMMER-SAULT TO LA UNION

La Union is located at the Northern part of Luzon. A 5-6 hours drive from Manila. I'm proud to be a resident of the province because I enjoy the best of both the mountains and the beach.

Now, it's summer! The most fun and relaxing way to spend the humid days is at the beach. And yes, I'm proud that we have popular beach destinations here in La Union:

Pugad Adventure at Pugo, La Union

> They offer a variety of activities like zip lining, wall climbing and ATV. They also have a mini zoo.

Kultura Resort, Pugo, La Union

> They have wave pool, big slides, zip lines and fish foot spa.

San Luis Del Mar, Bauang, La Union

> They are famous for their infinity pool. Rooms are also affordable.

Kahuna Resort, San Juan, La Union

> They are one of the expensive resorts in La Union. It's near the surfing area.

Flotsam and Jetsam Hostel, San Juan, La Union

> I love the ambiance! Has the gypsy feel.

THE POTTER'S HAND

Neutraorganics is one of my favorite organic skincare brand. Their products are very distinct from the other online sellers on Instagram. The reasons behind are a. They formulate their own and test them first themselves before introducing them to the market and b. They use premium ingredients hence, the quite expensive prices.

Their bestsellers are the ORANGE WELLNESS SPRAY, MIRACLE MUD BALM, VITAMIN SPRAY TONER, TEA TREE SPRAY and HAIR SERUM. I've tried all of them and they do deliver great results with continuous usage.

My recent haul include the MIRACLE MUD PACK. I had a problem with dandruff due to change in wheather and I guess from switching from organic to commercial shampoos and vice versa. Most of their products can actually treat my problem like the tea tree spray, hair vitamin serum and lavander oil but still, the Mud Pack got my attention.

100 grams tub- Php 500.00

The ingredients:

AGED VOLCANIC ASH
ACTIVATED CHARCOAL
ALOE VERA
MULBERRY
CHAMOMILE
EUCALYPTUS
PEPPERMINT

A simple description on the tub:

It detoxifies, clarifies, removes impurities and toxins.

To use: Apply as face mask, hair mud pack (leave on overnight) or body scrub. Maybe stored in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.

MAVIE SAYS:

*It looks and feels like mud (y'know what mean.hehehe)

*Very Minty so be careful when applying it on your face. It really has a spicy feel. I tried earlier and I had to rinse at once. Not really advised to leave on face longer than a minute.

*Surprisingly, after rinsing, my face was really moisturised. Maybe the aloe vera helped.

*Has brightening effect.

My only request is to make them more affordable to all consumers like me with budget constraints.

PAY IT FORWARD

I have a habit of randomly giving anything to my family, relatives, friends and officemates especially during special occasions.

It all started when I got hooked on natural/ organic products way back 2012 when I gort pregnant. I stumbled upon an interesting site- By Nature Handmade Soaps and 100% Natural Products - owned by Ms. Darlene. They offer affordable soaps, lotions, balms, insect repellant which are also safe for babies/kids. I grabbed the opportunityto resell, mainly to save on cost for bulk orders and to share them with family.

Come 2013, Instagram became popular. There I found out about organic products. They've popped up like mushrooms! I was delighted to know that users of organic food and skincare are rapidly increasing and I'm sure in a few year's time, they will be affordable to all consumers.

With my intense desire to spread the goodness and benefits of these yummy and healthy skin foods, I decided to share some of my stocks to random strangers. I chose one pretty lady from Bacolod city. She was really enthusiastic inquiring about the products I use. So, I sent some sampler soaps and some full size surprise goodies.

Thank you Ms. Alyanna for taking time to read my posts. You inspired me to start blogging again.

Now, my Pay It Forward journey begins.
